House Rules

Launch House is an environment that respects the values of individual members and their personal and professional development. We have a culture of dignity, decency, and respect in which each member is able to maximize serendipity, learning, and development, and get the most out of the community.

Launch House membership is a privilege – breaching the House Rules may result in the suspension or termination of your membership, your digital accounts being disabled, and restrictions from entering Launch House properties.

Membership Rules

1. Your Membership Application

By completing and submitting an application for Launch House membership, you agree to be bound by these House Rules. You also agree that all of the information you've provided in the application and during the interview process is factually accurate to the best of your knowledge. If the Launch House staff or membership committee determines that any information you've provided is false at any time during the selection process, your application may not be considered. If the information provided during the selection process is determined to be false after membership admission, your membership may be revoked.

2. Membership Terms and Background Checks

Launch House membership is provided on an individual basis, and for a minimum period of one year, renewable automatically thereafter on an annual basis. A member's first year of Launch House membership includes an optional, dedicated URL 4-week onboarding program ("The Residency"). Throughout your membership, it is important for Launch House to have your current details, plus a photograph of you in our membership database. by becoming a member of Launch House, you agree that we can hold your personal details and a photograph to use in connection with your membership. If your contact or payment details change, please let us know by contacting [email protected].

Throughout your membership, whenever Launch House deems it reasonably necessary for security reasons, Launch House may conduct, at its expense, criminal and driver history background checks of the member(s) and vendors, employees, guests and/or agents. Members may be removed immediately, or limited in which benefits they are able to participate in, at the discretion of Launch House, in the event they do not pass the background check.

3. Membership Dues

Membership dues are $3,000 per year, and the price of your first year of membership may be higher should you choose to include the 4-week IRL Residency onboarding program.

Scholarship grants are available for early-stage founders and founders from underrepresented backgrounds.

4. Membership Payment and Automatic Renewal Provision

Upon approval or renewal of your membership, your membership fees become payable immediately. By providing us with your payment information, you accept and consent to be charged with membership dues in the form requested by Launch House upon your application being approved or renewed. It is at Launch House’s discretion to approve or deny a payment plan.

It is within our discretion to amend our membership fees at any time, and we will notify you in advance if there are to be any changes to the amount, date or frequency of the payment of your membership fees.

Membership automatically renewals on an annual basis. Launch House will notify members of their upcoming renewal date once, 30 to 60 days before the renewal date. Membership may be canceled online by contacting [email protected].
