• No parties
• No smoking in the house
• No hard liquor in the house (wine and beer are ok)
• No unwanted physical interactions with anyone else. If this happens we will do an investigation. Pending the results, you may be immediately removed from the house and the community with no refund. We have done this before and take it extremely seriously.
• No hard drugs at the house ever. This is a professional environment.
• No alarm snoozing.
• No using monitors in bedrooms when others are sleeping.
• No calls in public areas unless otherwise impossible.
• No clothes / suitcases on the floor. You're here for a month, put your things away.
• No blasting music (even outside) at night.
• No talking to the cops.
